MEET CODY ANDERSON
Protect what matters: our families, our future, and our finances.
Cody Anderson is a husband, proud girl dad of three daughters, and now a proud father-in-law to one son-in-law. He and his wife have been married for 25 years and have built a life centered on faith, family, and service.

Born in Montana, Cody’s first Air Force duty station brought him to Anchorage and he’s called it home ever since. After serving 27 years and retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Cody chose to settle in East Anchorage to raise his family and give back to the community that welcomed him so many years ago.

As an Associate Pastor, Cody believes his faith adds an element to his character that will benefit East Anchorage. He also believes the first job of an Assemblyman is to listen to the community and then vote on their behalf.

His decades of service taught him the value of leadership, accountability, and putting people first. Now, Cody is ready to continue that mission working for a safer, stronger, and more affordable Anchorage that protects what matters most: our families, our future, and our finances.
Families
I am committed to ensuring our police officers, firefighters, and first responders have the training, tools, and support they need to protect and serve effectively. I will also address homelessness with compassion and accountability, keeping our neighborhoods safe, clean, and secure.
Finances
Before asking taxpayers for more, we must make every dollar count. I support third-party audits of city budgets and the Anchorage School District to ensure transparency and accountability. My goal is a balanced, efficient budget that supports essential services, strengthens our economy, and fosters opportunities, with NO NEW TAXES!
Future
The decisions we make today shape the city our children will inherit. I am dedicated to improving roads, infrastructure, public spaces, and schools, building a safe, vibrant community we can all be proud of.
Community Voices Matter
I’ll listen first, act with integrity, and hold government accountable to the people, not special interests.
